POLICY*** Deposits are required for booking and will be applied towards your service total. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. ** A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will automatically be cancelled as this affects the quality/length of your service. A 20% last minute cancellation/no show fee. ** If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment. Every client must fill out an intake form before appointment. Clients under 18 must have an accompanying adult (parent or guardian) sign a consent form at the time of their appointment. Results vary per client and are influenced by skin type, aftercare, and consistency. No guarantees are made. No refunds are made but please contact me so we can discuss a solution or accommodation.
